1. BigBasket is hiring FNV Auditors for Fruits & Vegetables quality, freshness and inventory operations. 2. The role involves checking product freshness, quality, quantity, hygiene, storage conditions and compliance with operational SOPs. 3. The position supports quality control across dark stores, warehouses and fresh-category operations. 4. Available Locations: 1. Karnataka → Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore 2. Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular Fruits & Vegetables quality checks. 2. Check freshness and physical condition of FNV products. 3. Verify product quantity and stock condition. 4. Identify damaged, spoiled or poor-quality products. 5. Check proper storage and handling of fresh products. 6. Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards. 7. Conduct inventory and quality checks. 8. Identify stock discrepancies and quality issues. 9. Record audit findings accurately.
Requirements
1. Minimum Education: Any relevant education. 2. Freshers may apply depending on the specific vacancy. 3. 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred. 4. Experience in FNV, FMCG, food quality, warehouse or retail operations is an advantage. 5. Basic knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables quality. 6. Good observation and attention to detail. 7. Basic knowledge of hygiene and food-safety practices.
