We are hiring Launch Executives for quick-commerce store operations and new store launch activities.
The role involves supporting store launch readiness, coordinating operational activities, maintaining required stock and resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The candidate will coordinate with store teams and other operational teams during launch and post-launch activities.
This is an on-site operations role.

Responsibilities
1. Support new store launch and operational readiness activities. 2. Coordinate with store teams during launch operations. 3. Ensure required stock, equipment and operational resources are available. 4. Support store setup and opening activities. 5. Coordinate with different teams for smooth launch execution. 6. Monitor operational requirements during the launch process. 7. Follow company SOPs and operational processes. 8. Support inventory and stock-related activities. 9. Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution. 10. Maintain proper communication with supervisors and store teams. 11. Assist in ensuring the store is ready for regular operations. 12. Complete assigned operational tasks within the required timelines.
