About the role
Blinkit is hiring Assistant Store Managers (ASM) to support day-to-day dark-store and quick-commerce operations across multiple locations in India.
The role involves team supervision, inventory management, order fulfilment, stock management and smooth store operations.
The ASM will coordinate with Store Executives, Pickers, Loaders and other operational teams.
Available Locations: Adambakkam, Agartala, Agra, Aizawl, Ahmedabad, Ajmer, Alappuzha, Akshayanagar, Anantapur, Amritsar, Banashankari, Babusapalya, Devanahalli, Dollars Colony, Electronic City, Gurugram, HSR Layout, Jakkur, Jaipur, Jammu.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day dark-store operations. 2. Supervise Store Executives, Pickers and Loaders. 3. Allocate daily tasks to store team members. 4. Monitor order fulfilment and picking operations. 5. Ensure timely processing of customer orders. 6. Monitor inventory receiving, storage and replenishment. 7. Conduct regular stock and inventory checks. 8. Identify and resolve operational issues. 9. Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards. 10. Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Requirements
1. Minimum Education: Any Education. 2. 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred. 3. Freshers may be considered depending on the specific vacancy. 4. Experience in retail, warehouse, store operations or quick commerce is an advantage. 5. Team-handling and leadership skills. 6. Good communication skills. 7. Good problem-solving ability. 8. Basic computer knowledge. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
