1. BigBasket is hiring Inventory Controllers to manage inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse/store inventory operations.
2. The role involves stock audits, inventory reconciliation, stock movement monitoring, discrepancy management and maintaining accurate inventory records.
3. The position may be available across multiple BigBasket locations.

6. The role is suitable for candidates with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, FMCG or e-commerce.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily inventory and maintain stock accuracy. 2. Conduct regular physical stock verification. 3. Perform stock audits and cycle counts. 4. Reconcile physical stock with system inventory. 5. Monitor stock movements, transfers, damages and expiry. 6. Identify and report inventory discrepancies. 7. Maintain inventory records and stock registers. 8. Monitor GRN and incoming stock verification. 9. Ensure proper FIFO inventory rotation. 10. Prepare inventory-related reports and MIS. 11. Identify inventory losses and support corrective actions.
Requirements
1. Minimum Education: Graduation preferred. 2. Experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Retail, FMCG or E-commerce preferred. 3. Good knowledge of inventory control. 4. Knowledge of stock audit and reconciliation. 5. Knowledge of FIFO and stock rotation. 6. Basic knowledge of GRN and warehouse processes. 7. Good MS Excel skills. 8. Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is an advantage. 9. Strong attention to detail. 10. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
