About the role
We are hiring Pickers for an Instamart dark store. As a Picker, you will collect items for customer orders from the store racks, check their quality and expiry, and pack them neatly so they can be handed over to delivery partners on time. Speed and accuracy are key, as orders are delivered within minutes. Freshers who are active and willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
• Pick items for customer orders as per the order list • Pack orders properly and on time • Check product quality and expiry before packing • Keep racks and picking area neat and organized • Hand over packed orders to delivery partners
Requirements
• Qualification: 10th pass • Age: 18–35 years • Freshers welcome • Basic smartphone use • Physically fit and active • Ready to work in shifts • Candidates living near the store preferred
