Blinkit is hiring Picker / Loader Executives for dark store operations in Chennai.

Responsibilities
1. Pick customer orders from designated racks as per the order list. 2. Load packed orders and supplies onto delivery vehicles and unload incoming loads in crates. 3. Move stock from the receiving area to the racks and support putaway. 4. Arrange and replenish stock on racks and follow stock rotation practices. 5. Keep the picking, loading, and staging area clean and organized. 6. Verify quantities while loading and unloading and report discrepancies to the supervisor. 7. Complete assigned tasks within the turnaround time (TAT) and meet productivity targets. 8. Follow inventory handling procedures, workplace safety rules, and company policies. 9. Work in rotational shifts and support the store team during peak hours.
Requirements
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. 2. Minimum educational qualification as per company hiring policy. 3. Freshers can apply; prior dark store or warehouse experience is preferred. 4. Must be able to read basic Hindi; basic English reading skills are an advantage. 5. Must be comfortable with routine store and warehouse operations. 6. Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required. 7. Must carry valid Aadhaar and required educational documents. 8. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 9. Must follow company policies, safety guidelines, and productivity targets. 10. Must be willing to work on-site at the assigned Blinkit store in Chennai.
