Key Responsibilities: 1. Unload goods, items, and crates received at the dark store. 2. Load empty crates into trucks after unloading stock. 3. Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities and verify received items. 4. Arrange and stack products properly in designated racks. 5. Pick products from racks according to customer orders. 6. Pack customer orders accurately and hand them over to delivery partners within the required turnaround time. 7. Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. 8. Clean and sanitize racks and storage areas daily. 9. Keep products organized, separated, and properly rotated. 10. Check product quality regularly and report damaged, expired, or problematic items. 11. Follow store safety procedures and operational guidelines. 12. Work in rotational shifts as required by store operations. 13. Cooperate with the store team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Hand over packed orders to delivery partners within the required turnaround time. 6. Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits. 7. Keep products organized and maintain stock rotation. 8. Monitor product quality and report issues. 9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store. 10. Follow store safety and operational procedures.

1. Minimum age: 18 years. 2. Valid Aadhaar card. 3. Educational qualification documents. 4. Ability to read Hindi and English. 5. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. 6. Basic stock-handling and teamwork skills. 7. Awareness of salary structure and notice-period policy. 8. Willingness to work at nearby stores when required.

1. Monthly take-home salary as per the applicable salary structure. 2. Roster adherence bonus, subject to eligibility. 3. Leave encashment as per policy. 4. PF, where applicable. 5. ESI, where applicable. 6. Additional incentives, if applicable. 7. Experience in quick-commerce and warehouse operations.
