**3. Responsibilities**

1. Monitor daily dark store operations and identify operational issues. 2. Investigate stock mismatches, missing items, damaged products, and order errors. 3. Coordinate with store teams to resolve issues within the required turnaround time. 4. Assist with inventory verification and stock accuracy. 5. Support smooth order picking, packing, and dispatch operations. 6. Maintain operational records and report issues to the reporting manager. 7. Follow company safety standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. 8. Help reduce operational errors and improve store efficiency.

**4. Requirements**

1. Minimum age: 18 years. 2. Education: Any, subject to company hiring policy. 3. Experience: 0–36 months; relevant experience preferred. 4. Basic Hindi and English reading skills. 5. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or dark store environment. 7. Valid Aadhaar card and required educational documents. 8. Willingness to work rotational shifts and at assigned locations.
