About the role
Blinkit is hiring Store Operations / Store Executive profiles to support quick-commerce store operations, including order fulfilment, inventory handling, product arrangement and smooth day-to-day store activities.
Locations: Blinkit operates across multiple Indian cities including Uttar Pradesh → Lucknow, Noida, Agra, Kanpur, Varanasi, etc.; Maharashtra → Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur; Karnataka → Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru; Telangana → Hyderabad; Tamil Nadu → Chennai, Coimbatore; Delhi → Delhi; Haryana → Gurugram, Faridabad; and many other cities. Responsibilities
1. Manage daily store operations. 2. Pick customer orders accurately. 3. Arrange and replenish products. 4. Maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy. 5. Check product quantity and condition. 6. Support receiving and movement of inventory. 7. Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards. 8. Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines. 9. Coordinate with team members for timely order fulfilment. 10. Report damaged, missing or unavailable products.
Requirements
1. 10th / 12th Pass preferred. 2. Freshers can apply depending on the vacancy. 3. Basic communication skills. 4. Basic understanding of store and inventory operations. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Willingness to work assigned shifts. 7. Teamwork and punctuality.
